Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Date Announced |Formula 1 Race | Schedule | How to Book | Locations
In 2023, Abu Dhabi will play host to the Formula One Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
When the 2020 and 2021 races in Mexico and the
United States were canceled due to the epidemic, Formula One announced that it
was looking into "alternative possibilities" with different locations
mentioned in the media.
Round three, the Australian race in Melbourne
on April 2, and round four, the Azerbaijan Grand Prix in Baku on April 30, will
be separated by that time.
Despite Beijing's easing of Covid regulations,
the return of the Chinese Grand Prix was reportedly pursued but ultimately
ruled out due to practical considerations.
The idea of moving forward the Baku race by a
week was also discussed.
On the 2023 schedule, you can expect to see the
return of Qatar in October, the first-ever night race in Las Vegas in November,
and six sprint weekend events.
After finishing preseason testing at the Sakhir
circuit in late February, Dutch driver Max Verstappen of Red Bull will begin
his quest for a third consecutive title when the season starts in Bahrain on
March 5.

principality will host the eighth race in a tripleheader alongside Imola's
Italian track and Circuit de Catalunya's Spanish track near Barcelona.
The invasion of Ukraine by Russia resulted in
the cancellation of the event scheduled to take place in Sochi, reducing the

The Wimbledon men's and women's finals are
scheduled for July 15-16, the weekend before the British Grand Prix at
Silverstone on July 9.

regular August break at the end of July, following on from Hungary, rather than
the first event after.
The future of Belgium is still being determined
since the organizers just signed a one-year extension last month.
Despite continuing ambiguity regarding Covid-19
limits, China will again hold a race in 2019, but France, whose event was at Le
Castellet's Circuit Paul Ricard near Marseille, has withdrawn.
