Palak egg curry consists of boiled eggs simmered in a spinach gravy and topped with a luscious egg yolk sauce. In addition to being nutritionally dense, this recipe is also delicious.

Preparation Method - How to Make Egg Spinach Recipe

  1. Boil the eggs until they have softened
  2. Remove the spinach leaves from the water and reheat them in a saucepan until they have shrunk in size.
  3. Blend spinach with ginger and green chilies. Once the spinach is blended, chop the onions, garlic, and tomato.
  4.  Heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and cinnamon. Stir the onion until it becomes soft and then add the cumin seeds and cinnamon.
  5. Next, add your tomatoes and cook them until they become soft.
  6. Do not forget to add these ingredients as well.Add salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder to taste.
  7. Steam this mixture for four to five minutes over a medium flame.
  8.  Cut your egg in half and add it to the Palak curry.
