Shawerma
Made with beef, lamb, or either thinly sliced chicken, this is the satisfying and most usual street food in Dubai. Rolled to a flatbread and full of fresh vegetables, onions, along with a delicious spicy or sweet sauce, this is one of the greatest road foods worth traveling to Dubai for.
Shish Tawouk Sandwich
This is a sandwich or just another roll that's extremely well known and remains relatively unknown by tourists. Filled with spices and garlic, the thinly cut chicken is pressed flat against the flatbread then rolled with other vegetables or pickles. The taste of this is out of this world!
Chips Oman Roll
One of the most childhood snacks of Dubai, this roster is sold in each cafeteria or roadside tea ship. A very simple roll made for reasons unknown this remains Dubai's absolute favorite with children and anyone who would like a quick snack and smashed on spicy potato chips, out of cheese.
Samboosa
Initially attracted over from India and based on the Indian samosa, these are triangle shaped stuffed pastries. Filled with succulent meats, vegetables, and spices, these really are a favorite snack for a car ride. Be careful though, they can get addictive and you'll start to lose count of how many you have eaten!
Manakkish
Another street side food that is tasty is manakkish -- essentially a flatbread cooked in an oven using assortments at the top. You can choose to vegetable toppings from beef toppings to olive and eucalyptus oil, and won't ever regret ordering you!
Lugaimat
This can be a dessert road food that is only Emirati, and a hit with tourists! Lugaimat are balls of dough, so the outside is crispy while the inside is still fluffy and piping hot, created perfectly. To finish it off locals increased flavored honey on the top of these donuts or will sprinkle date syrup. You will not be able to have one, and people will often order an entire bowl only for themselves!
Karak with Fried Donuts
Karak can be regarded as the national drink and emblem of Dubai. Produced with cream and spices, this tea is drunk in paper cups sold at any roadside stop. The ideal thing to consume this delicious tea is. As soon as you've experienced Karak you will understand why Dubai is one of the greatest cities on the planet.

The fruit juice offered alongside almost each and every road in the city is really worth trying even though Dubai is in the middle of the desert!
