Detailed Job Description - Credit Controller Dubai

•   Bachelor's degree.

•  A minimum of S years of experience in the current role.

•     Good understanding  of the legal complexities of loans, payment plans, and interest rates.

•     Proficient  in Accounting and Office software.

•     Ability to reconcile complex debtors' accounts.

•     Ability to deal with problematic clients.

•     Familiarity with data entry and analysis.

•     Apply policy and procedures for collections, credit hold and credit risk in order to meet cash recoveries.

•     Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors AR outstanding and have a minimal bad debt.

•     Ensure Individual goals on past due improvement are achieved.

•     Negotiating repayment plans.

•     Monitor and escalate defined uncollectable accounts.

•     Perform customer credit assessments with appropriate policies.

•     Liaising with clients for debt collection or Payment cheque collection.

•     Proactively identify accounts that pose a credit risk.

•     Preparing monthly aged debtor reports.

•     Input billing invoices if required on SAP.

•     Provide invoices to Clients, if necessary.
