Green Tea
1cup of boil water + 1 teaspoon of green tea leaves + soak for 5 min.
Ginger Tea
Fresh ginger (1 inch piece) + 1tbsp.Honey+ 1/2 lemon +2 cups of water
Cinnamon Detox Tea
1 cup grean tea +1 cinnamon stick + raw honey +lemon juice +cayenne
Turmeric&cinnamon Tea
2cups of water + 1tbsp.turmeric + 1tbsb,cinnamon +2tbsb.chopped ginger + raw honey
Black Tea
1 cup of boiling water + Tea leaves +Honey
Peppermint Tea
7-10 peppermint tea +8 ounce water + honey+lemon
