Baker Street Cafe | Best Lunch Time Out in Dubai | Wedubai

There's a quaint cafe named Baker Street on the level of Cluster Q in JLT that's been around for yonks. You may have walked past it several times without ever having stepped foot inside.
Turns out it is a cozy place that functions homely sandwiches, salads and jacket potatoes in huge portions for a nice price. Perfect to catch your lunch if you work nearby. It reminds me of a cute version of your normal London sandwich store, minus the displays of fillings front and center. It is neither elaborate nor pretentious, but the sort of cheap place you see so regularly that the staff already know your name and your order. But with space to seat only 15-20 individuals, they do mostly deliveries.
Anglophiles will love the British theme that is delicate. There is a photograph of Baker Street above some Union Jacks and the door there and here. They serve up easy coffees and extend a limited breakfast menu, sandwiches, salads and jacket potatoes, in addition to a few smoothies and milkshakes.

The Goat Cheese Salad, which comes with a massive hunk of chèvre in addition to a bed of rocket, with pomegranate seeds, flaked almonds, and pomegranate molasses. The Quinoa Salad is the best accompaniment to your sandwich, albeit enormous, with grilled bell peppers, grilled courgettes, sun-dried tomatoes, dill, and spring onions. All sandwiches come with a little side salad, and the Double Decker Club (with roast beef, turkey, egg, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo and mustard in toasted bread) is done in a typically English way with more bread.
