Office Coordinator come Receptionist 

Job Description:

• Handling business enquiries/correspondence through a phone call(s) and emailing
• Following day-to-day administration job
• Maintaining confidential documents
• Preparing minutes of meeting & detailing
• Proper data Management in hard & soft copies
• Preparing & maintaining job/inspection reports
• Liaison (if needed)
• Ability to provide a detailed report, including a business plan and marketing strategy for the                 Managing Director
• Following both the Company’s Payables and Receivables accounts.
• Preparing monthly payroll for Freelancers.
• Preparing Quotations
• Coordinating with all the Suppliers & Clients

Required Experience:

• Must have at least 1-3 years’ UAE work experience
• Applicant(s) must be living here in UAE
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office software
• Excellent in communication skills (English) is a must
• Excellent in organizational skills
• Willing to learn
• Open-minded and positive thinker
