Dubai Museum - The Old and Famous Museum in Dubai
Dubai Museum stands as a tribute to the Emirate’s history and traditional culture.It is just one of the impressive historical attractions in the city - Dubai’s traditional gold and spice souks are popular shopping attractions with a sense of tradition. It is located in the Al Fahidi Fort,in Dubai,UAE. The museum was opened by the Ruler of Dubai in 1971, with the aim of presenting the traditional way of life in the Emirate of Dubai.
Galleries recreate scenes from the Creek, traditional Arab houses, mosques, the souk, date farms and desert and marine life.This museum uses life-size dioramas to depict everyday Dubai life in the days before the discovery of oil.Dubai’s traditional gold and spice souks are popular shopping attractions with a sense of tradition.
